This is super easy-to-make cake and yummy delicious too..preparing time just take about 5 minutes..Yes 5 minutes. So you can try this even in your office..For those who love chocolate this cake definitely for you..what i really like about this cake is less-mess and there's no more wasted cake ( so i don't need to stuff all the left over cake in my fridge.yay!)
Ingredient :
4 tbsp - Flour
4 tbsp - Granulated Sugar
2 1/2 tbsp - Cocoa Powder
7 tbsp - Coca Cola
1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
Directions :
1 - Mix all ingredients together into an oversized mug. Mix with small whisk or fork until there no lumps remain. ( this cake rises a lot so if you don't have an oversized mug, you can divide the batter into 2 mugs after mixing.)
2 - Put into a microwave, Set it to high temperature. For an oversized mug it will take 1 1/2 minute to cook.For small mug reduce the time. (Check if the cake done with knife or toothpick. it should come out clean.)
Note :
- Check your timing, you don't want to overcook it or it will become rubbery.
- If it needs longer. just cook it for an additional 20 second.
- you can put you desire topping.
